Rebecca J. Bell, R.N., E.T.N. – President

I am Kaitlin¹s Gram, Jim¹s mom and Teisha¹s mom-in-law. Most of my Rehabilitation experience was learned at Kaitlin¹s bedside and I am still learning. I am one of the original co-founders and have been extremely active in every aspect of the foundation. Recently I became the President and have worked hard to establish a new board of directors when the foundation headquarters was relocated further south in Delaware. I worked at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital from 1978-2001 as a Registered Nurse and as an Enterostomal Therapist. I also have a B.S. in Psychology. |

| "I have known Becky since we were children (I graduated from high school with her older brother). I taught elementary school for seven years and was voted Delaware's First Teacher of the Year. Currently, I own and operate a State Farm Insurance agency. Becky and Kaitlin have always been special to me." |

| I Have lived in Seaford, DE all my life. My son, Stevie was born in 1986 with developmental disabilities. I am the Owner of Century 21, Tull Ramey Real Estate, Builders, and Developers. The Governor appointed me to the Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council. I am a Graduate of Partners in Policy Making and am on the Finance Advisory Committee for the DDDC Board of Directors, The Arc of Delaware Advisory Committee and the Delaware Maryland AcriAbility Board of Directors. I am also a member of the Seaford Chamber of Commerce. Most recently I have become involved with The Kaitlin Marie Bell Foundation, Inc. |

J. Frank Perdue – General Member

| I am involved in many community organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce (Seaford and Laurel, DE), The Rotary as past President, Delaware Adolescent Program, and the Red Cross I am a Deacon of Calvary Baptist Church. I am also Sr. Vice President of Delaware National Bank. I have always enjoyed helping others in need. |

| I have 5 girls & 11 grandchildren. I think children are a wonderful blessing & would just like to do anything to help children. I work for the United States Postal Service and currently handle the Combined Federal Campaign for this Foundation. |

| "I'm Kaitlin's dad and have been married to Teisha since 1996. I have been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 1994. The majority of my experience has been in the Rehab setting with traumatic injuries. I also have worked in a hospital, outpatient clinic, extended care facility, and in the school system with disabled children. Currently I work full-time with spinal cord injuries." |

"I have been Kaitlin's mother and have been married to James Bell since 1996. I have a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from Buffalo State College and an Associates in Applied Science from Delaware Technical & Community College. I am currently working full-time as a Respiratory Therapist at a community based hospital in Richmond, VA."
